The Digital Research Alliance of Canada’s membership has elected five (5) returning and three (3) new Board Members at its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2023.
During the meeting, Alliance members also approved the minutes from the 2022 AGM, considered the financial statement for the year ended 31 March 2023, and approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditors.

The Organization graciously thanks Melissa Just who resigned from the Board effective after the 2023 AGM, for her contribution since 2022. Melissa will be relocating to take up an important role in the United States.
